In recent years we have been swamped with requests for brand-new, professionally-created boxed games from the creators of your favorite games from the past. At Audacity Games® we are doing so, following in the tradition of those boxed games you love. (After all, you can't hold and collect downloadable games.)
The collectors among you have also requested Special Collector Edition versions of our games, so we have made special editions available for some games. Collector Edition games are available at a premium price. Collector Edition games have the lowest serial numbers (allocated on a first-come first-served basis). No more than 2000 of each will be sold, and if fewer than 2000 sell, at the end of two years sales are halted and no more of that Edition will ever be manufactured again. For the avid collector, the first 100 serial numbers are reserved for our VIP Edition. You get the lowest serial numbers and other physical collectibles.
Our Collector Edition games are priced below the inflation-adjusted price of original games published in the in the 1980s. In 1982, for example, Pitfall!™ and Keystone Kapers™ were published with a suggested retail price of $39.95. Adjusted for inflation that would be $107 today. Accordingly, the suggested retail price for a feature-rich, Collector Edition Atari 2600 game from Audacity Games® is $99.00.* For retro gamers on a budget, a lower-priced Standard Edition boxed-game is available.
A digital copy of the game, personalized for exclusive use by its owner, is included with each Collector Edition.
Games are priced based on their available features, and may also be priced based on the pedigree of their designers.

Standard games, complete In Box, are games in the style of the golden era of old-school games, designed and programmed by some of the most accomplished, world-class game designers.
Collector Edition versions of selected games from world-class old-school game designers are available. These Editions have the lowest serial numbers, are individually signed, and packaged with a Certificate of Authenticity.
VIP Collector Edition versions come with everything featured by the Collector Edition and more. These Editions have a small range of the lowest serial numbers, and many other goodies.
